2022 Awards Categories
There are a number of categories that Members can win awards in at the Advantage Conference in 2022, including some changes and new awards from previous year’s awards categories;
- Employee of the Year Award – field based staff
- Employee of the Year Award – office based staff
- Giving Back Award
- Outstanding Growth Award
- Marketing Excellence Award
- Customer Service Excellence Award
- Systems Excellence Award
- Innovation in Business Award
- Networking Excellence Award
- Rising Star Award
- Business of the Year Award
A new awards category has also been added to recognise the O’Brien Support Person of the Year at the 2022 Conference.
