Booking Conditions

These rates will be available exclusively online.

Links will remain open until Friday 31st August 2024, or until sold out prior, after this the group rates will no longer be available.

Extending your booking before or after the main group dates may be available, subject to availability, at the hotels best available rate. Please book your stay over the conference period firstly, contact the hotel with your booking reference to extend accommodation dates at your leisure.

Credit card details will be required when making reservations, however, please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time. Kindly refer to the check in policy for each hotel for important payment and bond information.

Cancellation Policy: Please note a charge equal to the full length of stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.
