9:00 am – Conference Session 1


10:30 am – Morning Tea / Trade hall 30 mins


11:00 am – Conference Session 2 / Breakout


1:00 pm – Lunch and Trade Expo Takina Level 2 Foyer


3:00 pm – Women’s Session Takina Level 2 Ballroom

Themed Dinner Event 

Venue – Michael Fowler Centre, Renouf Foyer 

Wind the clock back to medieval times, when Kings, Queens, Knights, Noblemen, Lords, Ladies & Larrikins would feast and frolic in the great banquet halls of long ago! 

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm 

Dress code: Medieval Themed Event.

The Level13 team will be in the Trade Hall Thursday for pickup and Friday for Drop off.

Offsite Experience – Brewtown Upper Hutt 

*4:00 pm – 10:00 pm Offsite experience, indoors/outdoors 

“Trade of Origin” friendly games afternoon, leading into a Beer Garden style dinner event 

Coaches departing TePapa CarPark from 3:15pm*

Dress Code: Warm & Casual (enclosed footwear ideal – no flipflops, sandals etc)

Saturday 7th September
